DESIRED COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• One (1) year of experience operating utility or heavy vehicles in an industrial environment, with preference given to those with mining experience;
• Completion of primary school, High school diploma is preferred;
• Class 3 Driver’s License with airbrake endorsement preferred or past verification of competency with similar equipment; and
• Ability to work outside in harsh climates and environmental conditions, including exposure to extreme cold (-70 C) and wet conditions to high heat and humidity (30+C).

• Safely operate utility trucks, including water trucks, service trucks, and light vehicles, as required;
• Service gensets, stationary equipment, and mobile equipment to ensure continuous operation;
• Supply fresh water to the treatment plant, auxiliary buildings, and underground portal;
• Control dust on site roads and the airstrip to maintain a safe and clean environment. Support loading and unloading activities when necessary;
• Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements;
• Empty waste containers completely, ensuring the cleanliness of the surrounding area. Position containers upright, replace lids, and avoid blocking entrances or traffic;
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper functionality; and
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and completed tasks.
