• Operating, adjusting and monitoring machines and production lines;
• Coordinating activities and supervising team members on the floor;
• Performing quality checks and identifying any deviations;
• Resolving minor malfunctions and performing basic maintenance on machines;
• Monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene rules;
• Proactively contributing ideas on how to optimize processes and ensuring a clean and safe working environment
