Description

1 State the primary function or overall purpose of your position. Optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality, apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools that promote systematic and sustainable improvement in the organization. 2. List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above. -Analyze plant processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, opportunities for improvement through data analysis. -Design and implement improvements in the plant applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem solving methodologies, among others. -Standardize and ensure sustainability of plant processes. -Lead and coordinate continuous improvement events. -Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering or similar English: Intermediate/ Advanced 3 years or more in Continues Improvement area Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Kaizen VSM Process Mapping Statistical control of the process SPC Problem Solving Oriented results Critical and analytical thinking.
