JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB SUMMARY: The OpEx Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Supply Chain organization by leading process optimization initiatives, supporting performance management, coordinating governance meetings, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits. This role will also oversee cost-saving programs, monitor strategic projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with enterprise objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Identify and analyze process inefficiencies across supply chain functions. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Performance Management Support the development and tracking of KPIs for supply chain performance. Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports to leadership. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action plans for underperforming areas. Governance & Meeting Coordination Organize and manage supply chain leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions. Ensure alignment of meeting outcomes with strategic priorities. Audit & Compliance Coordinate internal and external audit activities for supply chain processes. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Cost Optimization Drive cost-saving initiatives across procurement, logistics, and operations. Monitor and report progress on cost reduction projects. Project Management Oversee strategic projects within the supply chain organization. Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Change Management & Training Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Deliver training and workshops on process improvement tools and methodologies. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, relevant certification (Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred. Experience: 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or process improvement roles; experience in project management and performance analytics. Skills: Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including English communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and project management software. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks. Familiar with SAP & Power APP …etc. has experience of development project. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Results-oriented with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
