The Ophthalmic Medical Assistant will support a high-volume Ophthalmic practice that focuses on providing quality and compassionate care to patients in need of complete eye care services. Growth and Career Paths: The Ophthalmic Technician/Medical Assistant role is more than a job, it is truly a career. In time you may become a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA), Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT), Ophthalmic Scribe Certified (OSC) and Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT). Responsibilities This position requires customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a degree of independent decision-making.
