Responsibilities Welcome patients with professionalism, assist with check-in, and provide excellent service throughout their visit Verify and record patient information, medical history, medications, and purpose of visit Perform preliminary testing including visual acuity, pupil assessment, refraction, dilation, intraocular pressure, and extraocular movement testing Conduct diagnostic procedures such as OCT, visual fields, GDX, IOL Master, auto-refractor, and corneal topography Demonstrate knowledge of ocular anatomy, diseases, symptoms, and medications Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring exam rooms and equipment are patient-ready Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong computer and data entry skills One year of medical or ophthalmic office experience preferred COA or COT certification preferred, but not required for otherwise qualified candidates Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset Benefits We value work-life balance and want our employees to thrive both personally and professionally.
