Make a meaningful difference in patients’ vision and quality of life What You’ll Do As a valued member of our refractive team, you will: Perform comprehensive refractive workups and advanced diagnostics Obtain detailed medical and ocular histories Accurately document findings, assessments, and treatment plans Educate patients on refractive procedures and set clear expectations Assist with in-office procedures and surgical preparation Administer ophthalmic medications per protocol Support contact lens evaluations and insertion/removal training Maintain efficient clinic flow and deliver an exceptional patient experience Triage patient calls and ensure proper equipment sterilization Uphold HIPAA and professional standards at all times Technology You’ll Work With Experience with some or all of the following is preferred: Auto Refractor, Retinoscope, Phoropter, Slit Lamp Pentacam / Corneal Topography WaveScan IOL Master / Lenstar Humphrey Visual Field Pachymetry & Tonometry Zeiss & Heidelberg OCT Stereopsis, Worth 4-Dot, Van Herick, and EOM testing Grow With Us This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career in a progressive, technology-driven refractive practice where your skills are respected, your growth is supported, and your work truly changes lives.
