Responsibilities: Open and close exam lanes and ensure all supplies are stocked Communicate patient flow with the team to keep the schedules running on time Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and waiting area for patients Take patients' medical histories, perform workups, and perform ophthalmic diagnostic exams to obtain the information needed for diagnosis Help instruct the patient in the care and treatment of eye conditions Ensure all medical records are accurate and complete Triages phone calls from patients and outside contacts Maintain flexibility and perform other duties as required Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite products Flexibility to effectively work alone or in a team Demonstrated multitasking and adaptability Excellent verbal and written communication Drive for exemplary customer service Enjoy working with the elderly population Demonstrate excellence in communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing Maintain and follow HIPAA procedures and policies Benefits: Competitive Salary $19 - $25 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Robust Ancillary Benefits 401(k) Plan with employer contribution Company Paid Life Insurance Generous PTO/Holiday EEO Statement
