JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in order to achieve desired results. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent;
· 2+ years of previous experience as an Ophthalmic Tester/Technician
· Certified as COA/ COT considered an asset

SKILLS:

· Excellent patient communication skills
· Strong computer skills, previous EMR experience is an asset
· Ability to quickly adapt to evolving technology
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivation to deliver high quality results
· Professional Demeanor and Appearance
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to demonstrate consistent initiative and a team attitude
· Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision
