Description
SAIC has recently been awarded the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Technology Information Services (TIS) contract and is seeking talent to support this new work. These positions will provide services spanning the breadth of IT operations in support of GAO, including the following task areas: Program and Task Management Customer Experience, including Help Desk and Deskside Support Cloud and Digital Environments IT Infrastructure Software Factory – maintaining over 100 software applications with migration to Low/No Code platforms Asset and Inventory Management Information Systems Security Publishing, Information and Web Support Services Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Platform Within these Task Areas there are specialized skillsets SAIC will be seeking to fill. Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience. SAFe certifications and/or experience are highly preferred: Application Developers Business Architects Data Architects Database Engineers Testers; Quality Assurance Cloud Engineers Communications Infrastructure and Design UI/ UX Design Quality Assurance and Risk Management; SLA Management Information Assurance and Security Operations IT Infrastructure Systems Engineers Deskside Technicians Service Desk Training Imaging Leads and Technicians ServiceNow Developers All positions must be performed in the continental United States and some may be remote, with the exception of Help Desk, Deskside Support, and select Infrastructure roles. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must possess or be able to successfully obtain a GAO Public Trust Must be able to pass the SAIC Background Investigation
