The candidate will participate in document management, internal and external customer service, and operational tasks. Main Accountabilities Communicate with crews and Respond to crew inquiries Organize parking cards Manage uniforms for crews and pieces Support with training facilities, simulators Assist in projects Organize and Assist in meetings Action daily reports Check and monitor validity of crew licenses, medicals and other crew related, expiry items. Support crew on boarding process Draft internal communications Other operations area related tasks as assigned.
