Description

Under the direction of the Global and Regional Vertiv Operating System (VOS) leadership, the VOS Manager will serve as the on-site Lean and Continuous Improvement leader for the Suzhou facility. This individual acts as a strategic business partner and coach, empowering teams through practical tools, clear standards, and disciplined cultural change. The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in Lean deployment and a deep understanding of how to translate continuous improvement strategy into daily operational execution within complex, cross-functional manufacturing environments Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
