REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent

• 2-5 years’ experience in Application Maintenance
• Hands-on experience on Linux commands, web debugging skills and issue investigation
• Rich experience on database ( Mysql, Redis, TSDB, etc.)
• VMware and/or Azure experience will be a big plus.
• Able to handle fast moving technology trend.
• Domain experience is a plus (Renewables, Energy management, Micro-Grid)
• Open mind to learn new technology and embrace new areas in a fast-growing organization
• Team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

• Manage the daily operation, monitoring, and optimization of domain software to ensure high availability and stability.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues within domain application, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Help applications developed by company go to production.
• Provide governance in application maintenance and software deployment.
• Coordinate between product, project, customer for product related issues.
• Feedback issues to product teams for better product enablement.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
• Build capability as domain SME in both IT and business knowledge. e.g. Energy management/Micro-Grid Software deployment and upgrade where necessary
• Write and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and related technical materials.
