CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in operational excellence, strategic innovation, Chief of Staff, post-merger integration, or consulting roles. Experience in scale-ups, fintech/SaaS, or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
We are looking for a challenger with authority who sets the pace and drives execution. You are proactive and self-steering, thrive in ambiguous environments, and know how to bring structure where it is needed. You are confident in holding others accountable, not afraid to challenge leaders constructively, and able to balance urgency with empowering teams to take ownership of their systems.
You bring a proven track record of making systems work at scale — spotting bottlenecks, simplifying processes, and embedding practical tools that teams actually use. You are comfortable leading cross-functional projects, translating analysis into action, and driving measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, and outcomes.
Experience with automation and AI tools is essential, enabling you to reduce manual work and unlock scalability. Strong project and change management skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative, high-ownership mindset round out your profile. SKILLS & TOOLS:

• Process mapping and improvement (Lean/Six Sigma mindset, applied pragmatically).
• Strong cross-functional project management and change management.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Data-driven approach; able to build and maintain dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools.
• Familiarity with Notion, CRM systems, project management software, and KPI dashboards.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Ops Innovation Lead supports the COO and the leadership team by embedding scalable systems, removing bottlenecks, and instilling a culture of experimentation. In this role, you will ensure that progress is consistently tracked, stakeholders are held accountable, and continuous improvement becomes part of our company’s DNA. You will also help strengthen role clarity, OKR rhythm, and reporting structures that enable the company to scale effectively.
