NPDI 计划工程师（新产品开发导入计划工程师）所属部门：物料部汇报对象：物料部经理工作地点：江门工厂岗位类型：新品开发、供应链计划、项目管理岗位概述 NPDI 计划工程师负责新产品从开发、试产到量产爬坡全流程计划管理，牵头跨部门协同（研发、采购、制造、质量、销售），确保新品按时间、成本、质量目标顺利导入量产。主导新品项目排程、产能规划、物料齐套、风险管控及量产准备，是新品成功交付的核心协调角色。核心工作职责 1. 新品项目整体计划与排程 * 制定并维护新品全生命周期主计划（阶段评审、设计冻结、BOM 发布、打样、试产、爬坡、量产）。 * 拆解关键里程碑，制定详细任务计划，跟踪进度并推动闭环。 * 对齐各部门关键节点，协调解决计划冲突。 1. 新品产能与资源规划 * 评估新品各阶段（打样 / 试产 / 爬坡）所需产能、人力、设备、治具需求。 * 协调工厂计划预留产能，平衡新品与成熟产品负荷。 * 开展产能风险评估，制定应对方案。 1. 新品物料与 BOM 计划管理 * 审核新品 BOM，识别长交期、定制件、独家供应商物料。 * 制定打样 / 试产 / 爬坡物料计划，推动早期采购与提前备货。 * 跟踪物料交期、缺料状态，协调解决供应异常。 * 评估工程变更（ECN）对 BOM 及物料计划的影响并调整。 1. 跨部门协同与量产准备 * 作为新品计划核心接口，联动研发、制造、质量、采购、销售团队。 * 组织新品例会，跟进行动项，及时上报重大问题。 * 确认制造准备度（工艺、治具、工装、作业指导书、人员培训）。 * 支持试产落地，现场协调问题，推动工艺稳定。 1. 风险管控与数据汇报 * 识别新品开发中的进度、产能、物料、质量、成本风险，制定缓解措施。 * 输出周 / 月度新品状态报告，同步里程碑、延迟、风险及改善措施。 * 向 NPDI 管理层、工厂及跨区域团队汇报项目进展。任职要求必备条件 * 本科及以上学历，工业工程、供应链管理、机械 / 电子工程等相关专业。 * 3–4 年制造业新品开发导入（NPDI）、新品量产、生产计划经验，电子 / 精密装配 / 液冷行业优先。 * 熟悉新品开发流程、BOM 结构、MRP/ERP 系统（SAP 优先）。 * 熟练使用 Excel（数据透视表、函数、甘特图、数据分析）。 * 优秀的跨部门沟通、协调与汇报能力。 * 主动积极、结果导向、责任心强，具备独立解决问题能力。 * 能承受压力，同时推进多个新品项目。优先条件 * 有液冷、数据中心、服务器类产品 NPDI 经验。 * 熟悉阶段门（Stage-Gate）、APQP、DFMEA/PFMEA。 * 英语读写流利，可支持跨区域沟通。 * 会使用 APS、PLM 或项目管理工具者优先。工作环境与出差 * 办公室为主，需定期到生产现场跟进进度。 * 出差：偶尔（供应商拜访、跨厂项目会议）。 Work Authorization No calls or agencies please. Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of new product introduction (NPDI) from development and trial production to mass production ramp-up. Coordinate across R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure products meet time, cost, and quality targets.
