Description
We are looking for a hands-on operational and technical leader who will drive the optimization and automation of processes across all internal departments (Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Administration, etc.). Your role will be to make everything faster, smarter, and more scalable, by implementing and integrating tools, workflows, and AI-powered solutions. You will lead the Ops / Tech department (5 people today) and work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete improvements, automations, and workflows. This role is suitable for someone who has already built and automated processes, not just supervised them — a doer who can also lead. Tasks Lead and coordinate the Ops / Tech team (engineers, BI, automations). Understand the needs of each business area and turn them into actionable implementation projects. Research, test, and implement AI and automation tools (especially n8n). Build and optimize no-code / low-code workflows to increase efficiency and reduce dependency on manual tasks. Integrate internal tools (CRMs, ATS, dashboards, etc.) and ensure they work together. Establish priorities, timelines, KPIs, and accountability within the team. Communicate progress and outcomes to management and stakeholders. Requirements Ideal Profile Not necessarily "high-seniority", but experienced enough to lead and do. Able to work between business and tech, translating needs into solutions. Comfortable managing a small but growing team. Can structure, organize, and simplify processes. This role could fit someone coming from: Product Management (tech-oriented) Operations in scale-ups Automation / Workflow Engineering Technical Project Management Experience Required 4+ years of experience in operations, product, or technical process improvement. Proven experience building automations (n8n required, Zapier / Make / AI agents is a plus). Experience leading tech or ops teams. Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in fast-changing environments. Soft Skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset. Curious, proactive, and resourceful. Clear communicator with both tech and non-tech teams. Comfortable adapting to changing needs and environments. Language Requirements Advanced English (daily communication). Benefits Contract Details Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ARG/URU). Contractor format. Salary range: USD 3,000 – 4,000/month, depending on profile.
