OPS TRAINING SPECIALIST

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Training Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient allocation and utilization of training funds, tracking training requests, ensuring timely reminders to senior leaders, managing evaluation follow-up surveys, maintaining records of training participants, collaborating with training organizations, and assisting with various training-related initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Professional or nonprofessional experience in training, education, staff development, personnel or an agency program area can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
