Location: St. Louis County, MO (some local travel required)

The Opthalmic Assistant is a vital part of the team. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting essential diagnostic tests, assisting with patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments efficiently.

An Ophthalmic Assistant performs a variety of tasks, including:
· Conducting various tests such as Visual Acuity (VAs), Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), IOL Master, Autorefraction, Auto Lensometry, Icare Tonometer, Visual Fields (VFs), and Topography.
· Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to patients and their families.
· Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately to optimize patient flow.
· Collaborating with team members while also being capable of working independently.
· Traveling to other locations as required (within reason)
