In this role, you’ll blend your knowledge of optical practices with our cutting-edge software to help independent opticians thrive. Don’t worry if you’re not a tech expert—our in-house comprehensive training program will ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the trusted go-to person for customers, providing training and support via phone, email, and Zoom.
  • Use your understanding of optical practice challenges to help customers make the most of our software.
  • Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with customers, becoming an extension of their team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our processes and services.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Optical Practice Experience: 2+ years as a dispensing optician, optical assistant, or practice manager.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
  • Eager to Learn: An interest in developing new skills and confidence in using technology with full training.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex concepts simply and build trust with customers.
