  • Customer service experience in retail or healthcare
  • Connects authentically with people from all walks of life

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer proficiency (we use Optomate Touch)
  • Thrives in a small team environment where versatility is valued

The role requires the successful candidate to stand for long periods of time

Optical experience is not required – we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate with a genuine passion for customer care.

  • Answering the phone;
  • Make and follow-up appointments
  • Greeting customers as they walk in the door;
  • Data entry;
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
  • Assisting patients to choose eye wear that suits their needs and lifestyle
  • With time and training, you’ll also support frame styling, lens dispensing, and conduct pre-testing using our modern diagnostic equipmen
