ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year experience working as an Optical Dispenser. Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is highly preferable
• Previous sales experience in retail is highly valued
• Good problem solver with a disciplined, fast-learning attitude
• Effective communicator, able to adapt and tailor interactions for diverse clientele
• Genuine interest in caring for people and enhancing their eye care experience
• Experience using Optomate is preferred
