JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking to recruit an Optical Assistant for our friendly Independent practice in Kilmacolm.
We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude and a passion for patient care, along with an ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced work environment and operate well within a small team.
Optical experience is preferred for this position, although not essential as full training will be given.
Munro Optometrists has been providing professional eye care for over 35 years. As our Optical Assistant, you’ll ensure every patient has a great experience at our practice.

Your job would include:

• Meeting and greeting patients
• Making appointments
• Preparing clinics
• Dispensing spectacles
• Processing NHS forms
• Handle cash and credit card payments
• Tracking orders and deliveries
