Share your knowledge – Explain the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits so customers can make the right choice. Get every detail right – Polish lenses, adjust frames, and make sure every pair leaves looking sharp and ready to wear. Handle sales with care – Walk customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons to ensure they leave with exactly what they need. Good to know: No background in optics?
