We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optical Assistant to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Assist with frame selection, lens options, and basic repairs
  • Carry out pre-screening tests before sight tests
  • Offer advice and explain products and services clearly
  • Handle payments, bookings, and admin at reception
  • Support your team to ensure the store runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong communicator with great people skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping others
  • Able to thrive in a busy retail environment
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous retail or optical experience is a bonus – but not essential (full training provided)
  • Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply – additional language skills are a great asset in serving our diverse customer base.
