Description Refocus currently has a unique opportunity for an experienced Optical Assistant to join our growing team! Candidates should be motivated, personable, and have the ability to problem-solve to satisfy patient needs. Job Responsibilities: Working directly with patients to determine their needs. Discuss with patients their best frame and lens options and answer questions. Knowledge of contact lenses to help patients place contact lens orders Ensure patients are happy with their experience. Prepare orders for glasses and contact lenses by checking prescriptions and lens thickness. Responsibilities
The Optical Assistant works directly with patients to determine their needs and recommend the best frame and lens options. They are also responsible for processing contact lens orders and preparing glasses by verifying prescriptions and lens thickness.
