JOB OVERVIEW

As an Optical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our optical practice. You will assist optometrists and opticians in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include managing patient interactions, assisting with eye examinations, and maintaining laboratory equipment.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures related to optical equipment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with basic anatomy related to vision and eye health is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and orders.
