Retail Sales Associate - Full Time, Open Availability
Are you a motivated and customer-oriented individual? We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer’s purchase
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in optical sales is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and anything else is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles
- Familiarity with technical sales or electronic devices is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
