• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding patients through the selection of eyewear and lenses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Support laboratory operations, including the preparation and fitting of lenses and frames.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for patients.
