A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Optical Designer at Ophir Optics, you will perform the optical design for infrared lenses as well as other products of Ophir Optics. You will report to the team leader of Optical Design. You Will Make an Impact By: Perform optical designs including zoom lenses Tolerance analysis Optical Engineering Skills You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in physics/engineering. Expertise in Electro-optics Between 2 - 10 years of experience in Optical Design using Code V or using Zemax Experience in designing complex lenses preferred (zoom lenses, extenders, scan lenses…) Experience in IR preferred English proficiency preferred The company is located in Jerusalem. #LI-SA1 Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
