  • Support patients in understanding lens options, coatings, and frame choices.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous optical dispensing experience (minimum 1 year required).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as part of the regular schedule.
