Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Optical Dispenser to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their eyewear needs, providing exceptional service, and making recommendations on Frames/Sunglasses and lenses from our Eyewear Boutique to best suit the patients life style.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in optical dispensing procedures and equipment
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to Optometry and Ophthalmology
- Experience in a laboratory setting for lens preparation is advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescriptions and preferences
- Conduct customized frame styling consultations to help patients find the perfect fit and style
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and ensure proper fitting
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and other optical products
- Process orders and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with Optometrists and other team members to deliver comprehensive eye care services
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting of eyewear
