ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking full-time and part time Optical Assistants / Retail Professionals to join our Gladesville store. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in the optical and retail industry. Prior optical experience is an advantage, but not essential—comprehensive training will be provided.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are available full time or part time and who are committed to career progression within our store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting customers with selecting and fitting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses
• Providing personalised and professional customer service
• Supporting the daily operations of the store, including stock management and maintaining accurate customer records
• Performing basic eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Keeping up-to-date with new optical products and services
