VisionWorks Optometry is a high service, high fashion, boutique optometry clinic in beautiful Comox, B.C. We are seeking an Experienced individual to join our eyewear consultant team.

The Experienced individual should expect the following responsibilities:

• Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses, providing recommendations based on prescriptions, patient needs, and budget.
• Educate patients on optical products, including frames, and lenses.
• Initiate and manage patient frames and lens orders.
• Precisely measure lenses for the best visual experience.
• Troubleshoot issues with new or existing prescription orders.
• Quality inspect and verifies lenses.
• Perform adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Provide follow-up with patients regarding the fit and satisfaction of their eyewear.
