Cranleigh STEM is partnering with an innovative startup that is pioneering advanced optical technologies. They are currently seeking a talented Optical Engineer to join their team and help drive the next generation of display performance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with HMDs, HUDs, or free-space optics.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Optical Engineering or a related field.

THE ROLE:

As an Optical Engineer, you will design, prototype, and test novel optical components and systems. Working in a collaborative environment, you will partner with internal teams, industry partners, and customers to push the boundaries of optical technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and optimise optical components and systems for optical applications.
• Conduct experimental testing of optical designs to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and industry partners to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Contribute to intellectual property development, including patent filings.
