OVERVIEW

We are seeking a FULL TIME friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk at a busy optical office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a dental office setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or clerk is highly desirable but not mandatory.
