Very well established Optical Store in Staten Island with a large and active client base, is looking for an experienced optical retail sales professional who is ready to move to the position of full time Store Manager.
We are one of the most respected and well established eye care locations on Staten Island and have been providing top quality service to our clients at our bustling location for years! People come in to buy glasses, but they return because of our care and service.
As our Store Manager and team leader you will be responsible for ordering lenses, hiring new personnel, opening and closing the store, lens and frame inventory, billing, leading sales on the floor, and scheduling our team members. It is you who will build and motivate your team! You will answer directly to the owner and will be in charge of all aspects of the store on a day to day basis.
