As an Optical Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing eyewear solutions to our valued customers while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Basic eyewear fitting and adjustment techniques

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, style, and budget.
• Provide expert guidance on lens types, frame styles, coatings, and other optical products.
• Conduct basic eyewear adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort and proper alignment.
• Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges through the vision portal system.
• Contact patients to book and confirm their eye examination appointments.
• Assist the optometrist with patient pre-testing procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
• Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
• Assist in tracking inventory and restocking frames, lenses, and accessories.
