As an Optical Manager at MAAZ OPTICAL LTD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our optical department. This position is essential for ensuring that we deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of eye care.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in optical management or OPTOMETRIST field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of eyewear products and optical services is an asset.

• Manage daily operations of the optical department and Optometry, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Conduct quality control checks on eyewear products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with optometrists to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Booking eye exams and recalling patients
• Normal repair of glasses
