Title: Optical Manager
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Licensing: Must be a Licensed Optician (Dual Licensed Preferred)
Support: Well-staffed location with assistants and strong operational systems
Setting: High-traffic retail environment
Technology & Tools: Modern optical equipment, strong back-office systems
You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, supervising staff, optimizing patient care, and contributing to a collaborative clinic culture focused on service excellence.
