Position Details: * Full-time core hours | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | * Pay Range: $18-$20/hour Key Responsibilities: * Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to Veterans. * Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * Work collaboratively to foster a positive and productive environment. * Comply with security clearance requirements by successfully passing a background check. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of optician experience. * ABO Certification is preferred or must be attainted within two years. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. * Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear. * Proficient in using lensometers, pupilometers, and computers. * Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
