Job Title: Vision Centre Manager – Dual Licensed

Compensation: $38–$40/hr + $10,000–$15,000 Signing Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dual licensure required (Optician and Contact Lens Fitter, or equivalent depending on provincial regulations)
Previous leadership or management experience in an optical/healthcare environment preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
