Sydney based
Salary range $80,000 - $90,000 including super (dependent on experience)

The Optimisation Executive will work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years paid media experience and onsite optimisation (cross-channel personalisation)
  • Testing and Optimisation platform experience (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimise, or similar)
  • Paid Social delivery experience
  • Search or Programmatic media technology
  • Stakeholder Management experience
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to client success
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically in Excel
  • Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud Adobe Media Cloud Technology a bonus - in particular, Ad Cloud, Target, Audience Manager, and Analytic
Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, all of the following aspects:

Paid Media

  • Building and managing paid media campaigns across SEM, Display, Video and Social advertising
  • Weekly performance reporting and budget management
  • Cross-channel media planning and forecasting
  • Optimising media campaigns to meet client goals and ensure forecasts are met
  • Distilling large data sets of media results into actionable insights

Owned Media

  • Developing testing and personalisation roadmaps and documentation – outlining hypotheses, success metrics and experiences for key client audiences
  • Analysing and recommending when to conclude live campaigns or tests and provision of key learnings and next steps
  • Quality Assurance testing
  • Project managing rapid, small scale projects
  • Reporting on business/customer goals, analytics and making recommendations for best practices Client leadership
  • Owning weekly meetings on ongoing projects, deliverables and next steps
  • Presenting results and strategic initiatives to clients
  • Working with cross-functional teams across data, design, development and more

Team leadership

  • Work with senior team members to support internal growth goals and maintain best practice business processes
  • Mentor junior team members, supporting their growth in technical and soft skills
