Responsibilities
  • Support Optimisation Leads to identify efficiency gains in business processes by conducting process reviews, using Continuous Improvement/Agile methodology.
  • Support enablement of POC’s/Pilots and in collaboration with the Optimization Analyst, prepare reporting on pilot summaries and efficiency gains
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support embedding new processes or initiatives. Coach and support Primary Connect leaders
  • Work collaboratively across Primary Connect and wider business bringing together key stockholders to ideate and deliver on end to end improvements
  • Coordinate and facilitate Big Room Planning to identify future opportunities.
