Job Description The HR team at CSC manages multiple Recruitment and Selection processes, as well as coordinates onboarding activities and the preparation for the admission of new employees. In addition, several internal tools and processes are being implemented and reviewed (e.g., Job Descriptions; Replacement Matrices; Feedback Interviews; Performance Assessment), which this internship project aims to support - both in terms of execution and in the monitoring and follow-up of ongoing activities - thus contributing to their development and efficiency. Main Goals: Understand and participate in HR core functions; Support recruitment and onboarding processes; Contribute to employee engagement and employer branding; Maintain HR Records, ensuring compliance and data quality; Develop Professional Skills. Qualifications Attending or with academic degree completed in Economics, HR, Management, or other relevant; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Solid English language skills (verbal and written); Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; Data analytics skills and Dashboarding (pref.); Positive attitude and willingness to learn; High sense of discretion and confidentiality (data protection); Able to collaborate on an inclusive and multicultural work environment.
