About the Position Old Mission is looking for a Options Sales Trader to join the Options team in our Chicago headquarters. The ideal candidate will thoroughly understand, monitor, and manage client order flow in standard and FLEX listed options, ensuring accurate and timely execution while adhering to applicable exchange rules and crossing mechanisms. They will develop, maintain, and continuously improve sales trading workflows, while owning the end-to-end process for timely trade settlement in close collaboration with clearing firms and internal middle office teams. The role also requires maintaining and deepening existing relationships with institutional clients, brokers, clearing firms, and fintech vendors, as well as generating and disseminating trade recaps and confirmations. The candidate will also be expected to assist with ad hoc projects as needed. Responsibilities
