Experience working in an eyecare setting is a plus and we will pay accordingly. MOA certification also carries weight.
We are open six days a week (Monday to Saturday), including evenings to 8pm – you should be prepared for some evening or Saturday shifts.
You will be learning how to operate diagnostic machines and how to position patients to achieve optimum imaging or test results. You will need to have an aptitude for working with your hands, learning new skills and interacting with patients one-on-one to ensure they follow your instructions, all the while presenting yourself professionally. You will also perform administrative tasks on the front desk so general office skills (keyboarding, phones, scanning, faxing) are used daily.
