REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Conduct preliminary patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing basic vision tests.
  • Manage electronic medical records (EMR) using systems to maintain accurate patient information.
  • Assist with the fitting and dispensing of optical products, ensuring proper selection based on patient needs.
  • Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries.
  • Collaborate with optometrists to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the examination rooms and optical displays.
