Location: 2512 Finch Ave W, Toronto, ON
Compensation: $480 – $1,300 per day (depending on schedule & patient volume)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to evaluate vision and detect ocular conditions.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage eye diseases.
  • Prescribe corrective lenses & recommend visual aids.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and eye health.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
  • Stay updated with the latest optometry advancements.
  • Provide exceptional patient service and support optical sales when needed.

Qualifications

  • Ontario Optometrist License (required).
  • Strong knowledge of ocular disease management and optical products.
  • Experience with pediatric and senior care (an asset).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Attention to detail in patient documentation.

Schedule

  • Weekdays: 2 PM – 6 PM (flexible)
  • Weekends: 11 AM – 4 PM (open to discussion)
