JOB SUMMARY:

Our Company is seeking a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist cum Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will perform professional eye examinations both in-store and during our outdoor eye care checkup campaigns at corporate locations. In addition to providing expert optical services, the candidate will also contribute to the retail sales process, offering personalized eyewear recommendations and driving customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in optometry and retail optical sales. (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel locally for on-site eye checkup events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in English (Hindi/Urdu or other languages is a plus).
• MOH License Required

• Conduct accurate and professional eye tests and vision assessments in-store and during on-site corporate visits.
• Diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses.
• Participate in outdoor eye care checkup camps organized at various companies across the UAE.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth setup and delivery of eye care services during corporate campaigns.
• Recommend suitable frames and lenses based on individual needs and prescriptions.
• Educate customers on proper eye care and eyewear usage.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by offering the right solutions and upselling products where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
