RP job req checklist;

• Change internal/ external job title (* if you add a hyphen everything after it will be deleted)
• Add hiring manager
• Change recruiter
• Check position information is correct
• Change location
• Change position country & job family country to Ireland if based in ROI
• Check full time/ part time and contract type are correct
• Add pay details to salary advert field, using the format £X per hour or £X per annum, i.e. £11.50 per hour or £65,000 per annum (don’t put k after salary), you can also add bonus details here, i.e. plus £10,000 joining bonus

RP advert checklist:

• Amend/ add details in red (do not copy and paste)
• If adding bullet points, add these in SF2
• Ensure font, size of text and format are all the same – if you need to make changes edit in SF2
• If adding bold text, edit in SF2
• Remove any red writing

• Delete unnecessary spaces (they appear bigger on the careers site)
